Becoming a woman who has a routine that she sticks to most of the time requires a shift in her soul.
A shift that needs to happen in order to put things back where they go. A shift needs to happen at the soul level in order to be in positive productive mode.
In no means do I mean in this a fake toxic positivity way.
But learning who you really are, with some of the trauma out of the way you can begin to heal.
I am in no way a mental health expert I have no medical decree and I cannot help you in that capacity, however, I do know after decades of dealing with my own mental health a good step in the right direction is journaling.
It sounds so cliche because it is true. Journaling out your feeling can really help in your healing.
